Get regular exercise

Since we lose water through urine, defecation, perspiration and breathing every day, we need to replenish our water intake.

Eat fruits

Whenever possible, consume vitamins and minerals through diet instead of pills. I eat various fruits every morning, they make me energetic. Satisfy your taste buds with these nutritious fruits: banana, papaya, kiwi, strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, watermelon, cantaloupe, melon, peach, apple, grapefruit, grapefruit, mango, orange.

Cut down sugary foods and drinks 

Sugary foods include candies, pastries, chocolate, biscuits, cakes and jelly donuts. Not only will they not keep you full, but they will make you eat more because of the surge in sugar. It is okay to eat it once in a while, but not every day. Eat healthy snacks instead. Unfortunately, sugary drinks are sold everywhere today, namely soda and sweet drinks.
